Crested Butte Map and Directions

For driving times, allow about 30 minutes from Gunnison, 2 hours from Montrose, 3 hours from Grand Junction, 4 hours from Colorado Springs, or 5 hours from the Denver airport. 

Crested Butte is 231 miles Southwest of Denver. From Denver take 285 S to Poncha Springs/Salida. Go west on Hwy 50 over Monarch pass to Gunnison. In Gunnison go N on the 135 to Crested Butte. If you are arriving from other directions please know that Kebler Pass and Cottonwood Pass are closed in the WINTER.
