Early Season Nordic Skiing - Crested Butte, CO

The 9th Annual Thanksgiving Training Camp will take place in Crested Butte, CO November 27 - 29 2009.

The camp offers training clinics for Classic Nordic Skiing and Skate Skiing for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels on Friday and Saturday. Develop your skills with training offered by Olympic Coaches and Athletes.

The Nordic Fundraisers takes place Saturday night with a Silent Auction and Gourmet Dinner.

Other activities include a Sunday Tour and Waxing Clinics.

Bryan and Mike have been thinking about summer a lot after Bike magazine recently awarded Crested Butte the Best Mountain Biking Destination. Not only does Crested Butte pick up the award for Best Mountain Biking Destination, but also received best climb, best tight and twisting trail, and honorable mention trail of the year in the March 2009 issue of Bike magazine.

The Elk Mountain Lodge has a big bike storage room with a bike stand. We have all the maps and books you need,  and love sending people out on the best trails.
