This year we’ve been blessed to have an abundance of snow and spirits are high. The ski area had a record opening with 6 lifts spinning on day one, and more new terrain is opening as the snow continues to favor our area!
This year abundant snowfall allowed the Crested Butte Nordic Center to host their annual Thanksgiving Ski Camp 100% in town!
Storm patterns have favored Crested Butte this year, and we have more Nordic trails and more Ski Area trails than usual.
There’s plenty of powder to go around… get out there and enjoy it!

If you haven’t been to the Big Air on Elk Avenue, you need to check it out. This Saturday, March 8. You won’t regret it.
The 7th annual Big Air on Elk, hosted by Colorado FreeSkier and Two Plank Productions, runs from 5 – 9pm right down the middle of Elk Avenue. Hope to see you there!
